Shipping policy

We currently deliver to New Zealand business and residential addresses only (not PO Box addresses).

 

Standard delivery rates (from dispatch) are:

• Nationwide delivery $12.00- expected delivery 2-4 business days
• Rural $18.00 - expected delivery 3-5 days
• 1-2 day delivery - quote on request

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 10am weekdays on the same day.  Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

For High Volume Orders:

Dispatch can take up to 7-14 days for large orders (50+ gift boxes). We will contact you directly to discuss the exact timeframe and freight cost, or you can contact us before you place your order on thegoodgift2024@gmail.com.

*Please note that we will try everything possible to ensure your gift arrives on time, however, it cannot always guaranteed.  The timeframes listed are estimates and there are sometimes delays with couriers.  Please see T&C's for further information.
